Update: New Information On 10 Sports Bar And Grill Shooting 3:01pm 8/20/12

Odessa, TX – Officials state that two additional warrants for aggravated assault, 2nd degree felony, have been obtained and served on the the bar shooter Baushlyon Richardson. He is still in custody at the Ector County Law Enforcement Center. Richardson should be arraigned on these additional charges later today.

The arrest warrants were signed by Municipal Court Judge Dennis Jones. The warrants were served on Richardson. No other suspects are being sought in connection with this incident.

In an affidavit, police stated that a witness positively identified 24-year-old Baushlyon Richardson as the shooter in the 10 Sports Bar & Grill shooting that happened around 1:30 a.m. Saturday.

Police stated that Richardson came to the Odessa Police Department willingly and participated in an interview under Miranda. They stated that he waived all right of counsel.

Odessa public information officer Andrea Goodson confirms that this shooting is in connection with a swat team appearance at Regency Square Apartments on 42nd Street and Tanglewood around 8 a.m. Saturday.

Goodson said that police are still trying to determine the motive.
