Alabama's Most Wanted Arrested at Odessa College 8/15/12

ODESSA- The U.S. Marshals, Odessa College Police, Odessa Police K-9 Division, and Ector County Sheriff’s Deputies today arrested Mary Dianne Long, wanted for attempted murder out of Birmingham, Alabama in Jefferson County. Phill Maxwell, supervisor for the U.S. Marshals in Midland said that earlier this morning, his office received information from U.S. Marshals in Birmingham, that they had reason to believe Long was in the Odessa area. With assistance from Odessa College Police, it was determined that she was a student there and was living on campus. Officers located Long at her campus residence and she was arrested without incident.
According to reports from Birmingham, the Attempted Murder may have been the result of a domestic dispute, and the warrant was issued in June of 2011.
