Reeves County Sheriff's Election Recount Has Granado the Winner 8/14/12

Reeves County - The recounted numbers are in and Arturo "Art" Granado is the new Reeves County Sheriff.
The were was debate over 27 votes from the July 31st election and those votes had to be validated.
The validated votes were in favor of Granado and a recount was held Monday.
In the end, Granado won over Sheriff Andy Gomez by 17 votes.
