MIDLAND, TX – MISD will be starting the school year off with hundreds of new teachers. District officials tell us they have hired 350 new teachers to meet the demands of the growing city.
200 of those teachers will be going into the elementary schools and 147 will start the year at secondary schools. MISD staff say they are very excited to welcome their new staff members.
