Details have been released on a child near-drowning in pleasant farms last night. Ector County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a call of the possible drowning at 15814 South Quartz in Pleasant Farms just after 9 Friday night. The mother of 15 month-old Harlee Wampler told deputies, the girl had somehow wandered away and fell into a pond in the family's back yard.
