The final autopsy results have been released for a man found dead on a Concho Lease south of Bell and Fulton Street back in May.
According to authorities, it finds that Humberto Villanueva died of natural causes.
An autopsy in Tarrant County found he had severe pulmonary congestion and edema, Arteriolonephrosclerosis (destructive changes that occur in the blood vessels of the kidney due to severe hypertension) and Cardiomegaly (an abnormal enlargement of the heart.)
You may remember back on May 16th, Odessa firefighters had to take extra procedures when they arrived on the scene due to a sign warning of H2S gas.
Villanueva was found laying next to his truck and medics found he was deceased.
