West Texas – You may have noticed activity along the railroad tracks in the Permian Basin. According to Union Pacific a $50 million project is underway that includes expansions to their Odessa yard and adding a second track in some areas. Representatives with Union Pacific tell us the project will enable them to move increasing shipments and accommodate growth.
