Odessa, TX - The inaugural performance in The Black Box, behind The Globe Theater in Odessa, is tonight.
Fat Pig by Neil Labute will open tonight at 8:00pm.
It is the story of a man who has to stand up for the woman he loves, even though she is overweight. In the comedy, he is forced to explain his relationship to his friends and co-workers.
The play is directed by Jami Witt and stars Alex Mancha, Amber McDonald, Tom Laney III and CBS 7's Shannon Murray.
Tickets are $10 at the door. The play runs July 13-14 and July 20-21st at 8:00pm.
The play features adult language and situations.
