Midland, TX – An affordable housing project is another step closer to breaking ground. Midland City Council has given preliminary approval for a zone change for The Brownstones apartment complex. The complex will be located just south of downtown and offer affordable units. Developer “Kolt Development,” says they are happy to jump yet another hurdle. Midland City Council will make final approval at their next meeting on July 24, 2012.
