Department of Defense Releases Names of Fort Bliss Soldiers Killed in Afghanistan 7/12/12

The Department of Defense has released the names of the six soldiers killed during Operation Enduring Freedom on July 8th.
They died when their unit was attacked with an IED in Maidan Shahr, Wardak province in Afghanistan.
They were assigned to the 978th Military Police Company, 93rd Military Police Battalion, Fort Bliss, Texas.
The soldiers are:
Staff Sgt. Ricardo Seija, 31, of Tampa, Fla.,
Spc. Erica P. Alecksen, 21, of Eatonton, Ga.,
Spc. Clarence Williams III, 23, of Brooksville, Fla.,
Pfc. Trevor B. Adkins, 21, of Spring Lake, N.C.,
Pfc. Alejandro J. Pardo, 21, of Porterville, Calif., and
Pfc. Cameron J. Stambaugh, 20, of Spring Grove, Pa.
Reports say that Sunday was one of the most violent days in Afghanistan in several months.
