Midland, TX - Midlanders may soon see a change in their water bills. Midland City Council is discussing using a new method in the way they charge residents for water use, separating water from sewer. Mayor Wes Perry tells CBS 7, as the city is growing the sewage system has to grow and costs more to operate, which is prompting this change.
City officials plan to make a decision on the change in September. Rate changes will be determined then.
