Brazos Communications West President Tommy Vascocu has named John Moesch as General Manager of the companies newly acquired radio stations Country KHKX (Kicks 99 Country) and Oldies KMCM/Odessa and Adult Hits KQRX (95.1 BOB FM).

"We're extremely pleased to have John accept the position to head our West Texas stations. He not only brings 30 years of broadcasting experience, but a great understanding of the market and the community, "said Vascocu. "John's led a very successful competitor station group in Odessa-Midland for over a decade. We're excited to have him join our talented broadcast team. John will be responsible for all of the day-to-day operations of the stations and long range strategic planning for the market. We're committed to strong, local ownership, management and involvement with each of our station groups."

Moesch said, "I'm very excited about this opportunity and the career advancement into this position. I look forward to helping to continue to provide quality programming, and working with business and community leaders. There is no friendlier place in Texas, and our strong economy makes us a unique city. We’re very committed to the spirit of community involvement and realize our public service obligation and responsibility to reflect the great community pride held by all West Texans."
