Man Dies After Early Morning Stabbing East of Hobbs 6/26/12

Lovington, New Mexico - The Lea County Sheriff's Office is investigating an early morning stabbing on Landfill Road, east of Hobbs.
They were responding to a 911 call of an injured man when they found he had been stabbed in the upper chest.
The man, whose name has not been released yet, died at Lea Regional Medical Center.
Authorities are investigating several leads.
