KERMIT, TX - A county-wide manhunt in Winkler County has the U.S. Marshals Service looking for a man wanted on three felony warrants from Florida.

24-year-old Timothy Fields has been on the run from law enforcement since 10 p.m. Sunday.

Fields is wanted on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of possession of a dangerous drug.

Police believe is he being assisted by juveniles in Kermit who have previously been in trouble with the law.

The Kermit Police Department was first called out to Field’s mother’s house in reference to a domestic disturbance.

When police arrived Fields fled the home on foot and has been on the run since.

The U.S. Marshal’s Service tells us Fields has an extensive criminal history and is considered dangerous.

If you see him do not approach him.
