A little girl who was reported missing has been found safe and sound.
The Pecos County Sheriffs Office tells CBS 7 that they found her with her father and that for the time being she will remain with him.
It is being treated as a civil case, and a court hearing may be held to determine the custody of the child.
She was found about 9:15pm.

(Fort Stockton)- The Pecos County Sheriffs Office believes a young girl's father took her and they don't know where she is.
The Sheriffs Office says the girl is less than 10 years old, and went missing Sunday.
They are treating the case as a civil case, and say they aren't sure if the girls and her father are still in Pecos County.
They say the only crime committed is criminal trespass.
