Jury Selection Underway in Odessa Capital Murder Trial 12/1/09

Odessa, Texas - Jury selection got underway today for an Odessa capital murder trial.
22-year-old Daniel Orona is charged in the August 2007 death of 18-year-old Hector Medrado.
Police say three men, including Orona approached Medrano and his younger brother Alex in the parking lot of the Spanish Oaks apartment complex and demanded money.
The two other men charged in that murder appear on the witness list for the trial according to the Odessa American.
Orona faces life in prison if he's convicted of that crime.
