Hale Center, Texas - Officers with the Hale County Sheriff's Office are looking for 48-year old Jimmey Scott Barnhill.
Barnhill, who is from Midland, was indicted last week by a grand jury for his part in a fatal accident that happened near Hale Center, Texas back in October.
DPS troopers say Barnhill was driving a pick-up that collided with an SUV carrying five students from Wayland Baptist University.
The driver, Ashleah Richards, was killed.
Her four passengers were all injured.
Barnhill was arrested earlier this month on a charge of intoxicated manslaughter for her death and indicted on that charge, as well as four charges of intoxicated assault for the injured passengers.
