Midland, Texas - Employees were honored today for continually answering the call of duty.
Nine Midland City employees were recognized for going above and beyond in helping citizens of the community. Those awarded include: Eli Rivera and Rosie Garcia, Code Administration; Jeff Meiner, James Garner and David Hickman, Fire Department; Liz Sanchez, Purchasing; Marcos Ybarra, Animal Services; Barbara Parker, Customer Service; and Polo Calzada; Transportation.
The Exceeding Expectations Awards Banquet took place at the historic Scarborough-Linebery House. Award recipients were treated to a great meal and enjoyed getting to see the Museum decorated for the up-coming holidays.
