Midland Man Indicted on Intoxication Manslaughter Charges 11/18/09

Midland, Texas – A Midland man charged with driving drunk and killing another man has now been indicted.
William Lee Linderman was indicted on intoxication manslaughter charges.
According to Midland DPS, it all happened around 1:00 AM in the morning, July 19th of this year, when a Ford Expedition was traveling east on Business 20 when it drifted left causing it to roll over.
The passenger of the vehicle, 41-year-old Randolph Robledo was transported to the Martin County Hospital where he died.
No trial date has been set.
