Hobbs Police Seek Murder Suspects 11/18/09

Hobbs, New Mexico - Hobbs Police have obtained an arrest warrant for 34 year old Julian Jay Royal of Hobbs for the murder of Alton Granville. This shooting occurred at Forrest’s Place located at 307 S. Morris in Hobbs on October 11, 2009. Royal is described as a black male approximately 6 feet tall, 200 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. The warrant is not only for murder, but attempted murder and several other charges.
Hobbs Police also need assistance locating 43 year old Phillip Ed Harrison. Hobbs Police have an arrest warrant for Harrison for the shooting death of 31 year old Orlando Martinez. This shooting occurred at the Pleasurable Pain Tattoo Shop located at 1801 N. Grimes on September 26, 2009. Harrison is described as a white male 5 foot 11 inches, 260 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
