Real Estate Agent Acquitted of Fraud 11/15/09

Alpine, Texas - An Alpine real estate agent has been found not guilty of two offenses stemming from fraud charges.
Tana Coggins Gunville was charged with access device fraud and obstruction of justice.
Gunville was accused of stealing Visa gift cards to make purchases in excess of $1,000 dollars beginning in October of 2007.
She was acquitted on those charges.
