Midland Man Arrested in Oklahoma 11/13/09

Midland, Texas - A 36 year old Midland man is behind bars in Oklahoma charged with kidnapping his daughter.
Ricardo Hernandez Garcia Junior was picked up by the Henryetta, Oklahoma police department.
He was wanted by authorities out of Sequoyah County, Oklahoma.
Garcia reportedly checked his daughter out of her school, and the two disappeared.
The girl was reunited with her mother.
