Kermit ISD Superintendent Announces Resignation 11/12/09

Kermit, Texas - Kermit ISD's loss of an administrator is another West Texas school district's gain.
Kermit ISD Superintendent Santos Lujan announced that he would be resigning at this week's school board meeting.
Mr. Lujan tells CBS 7 that he has taken the job as the new superintendent at Pecos-Toyah-Barstow ISD.
He plans to begin his new job on February 16th.
An interim-superintendent will be named for Kermit ISD at a later date.
Mr. Lujan says he is very thankful for the support of the board members, administrators and staff at Kermit ISD as he makes this transition.
