Arrest Made In Death of Andrews Man UPDATE 6:00 PM 11/12/09

Andrews, Texas - Authorities have arrested 50 year old Bobby Odell Cark for the murder of an Andrews man.
Authorities say they were called to the 900 Block of SE Co. Rd. 1601 just after nine O'clock in the morning.
They responded to a call of shots fired and that a man was lying in the front yard.
Family members tell CBS7 the victim is 28 year old Paul Adair and that the incident may have been over money that Adair owed.
Andrews Police and Sherriffs Officials caputured Odell several block from the scene shortly after the incident.
After questioning Officers say Odell was found to be responsible and has now been charged with murder.
