For the 4th straight year Howard, martin and Glasscock County sex offenders on probation will be required to attend meetings Saturday night at the Howard County Courthouse
Kent Minchew with the 118th District Probation Office says offenders on probation must attend the program during trick-or-treat hours or risk being in violation of their probation.
The program is meant to keep kids safe from potential harm and also the offenders themselves from violating their parole.
The program is in its 4th year and is modeled after a successful program in San Angelo.
Big Spring Police and Howard County Sheriff's Deputies will also be out making sure everyone is safe.
