Midland City Council to Hear Oil and Gas Ordinance Suggestions 10/26/09

Midland, Texas - The Midland City Council will hear more on new proposals for oil and gas ordinances at tomorrow's meeting.
The new ordinances were supposed to be read at tomorrow's meeting, but was moved to the 10th of next month by Mayor Wes Perry.
That’s so some of the language in the ordinances can be re-written. The city council is still taking suggestions from the public.
If approved on the 10th, the second and final reading will take place on December 8th.
