A Fugitive Wanted For Sexual Assault Of A Child Is Arrested In Midland 10/20/09

A man that has been wanted by police for two years is now in custody.
Roberto Moreno Perez has been charged with the sexual assault of a child.
The Midland County Sheriffs Office, US Marshals, DPS and Midland Police were all involved with the apprehension of Perez.
Authorities arrested him in Midland County yesterday.
